Position Description: Lawn Maintenance Foreman
Moss Landscaping, Inc. is a full-service landscape firm serving the Greater Houston area, including River Oaks, Memorial, West University and The Heights. From the maintenance and enhancement of your existing property, to the design and installation of the outdoor areas for your new home, Moss Landscaping is here to serve your landscape needsWe are looking for energetic and hard-working individuals that are ready to join the Moss Landscaping Lawn Maintenance team! Foremen are responsible for following instructions from supervisors to maintain clients’ properties using the necessary tools and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
· Foremen are responsible for operating powered equipment such as mowers, chain saws, clippers, and edger, etc.
· As a lawn maintenance team member you will need to use hand tools to provide necessary detailing to flower beds, trees, and shrubs.
· Physically able to bend and twist body.
· Constant kneeling, crouching, squatting, pushing, pulling, and walking.
· Must be able to lift or move objects up to 75 pounds.
· Employee must be able to work outdoors in the elements such as extreme heat or cold.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN HIGH-END LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OR SIMILAR ROLE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Work Requirements:
•\tMust be able to arrive at work by 6:30am.
•\tValid Driver’s License
•\tMust be legally permitted to work in the United States. $21.00 - $27.00 Hourly
