How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead Clinical Strategy: Drive patient recovery by diagnosing needs and designing personalized, high-frequency care plans.
• Deploy Advanced Technology: Master sophisticated respiratory equipment and advanced modalities to deliver precision life support.
• Optimize Care Outcomes: Use clinical data to refine medication administration and treatment protocols for the highest standard of practice.
• Empower Patients & Families: Bridge the gap between hospital and home through expert health education and community resource advocacy.
• Execute Life-Saving Response: Serve as a critical expert on the emergency resuscitation team, leading interventions during high-pressure codes.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Respiratory Care Practitioner provisional/temporary license will be accepted until license is issued.
• Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
