Now Hiring: Order Selectors / Forklift Operators Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania Pay: $19/hr Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts available Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Allegiance Staffing is urgently hiring experienced Order Selectors with Forklift Experience for a busy manufacturing and warehouse facility in Lancaster, PA. Our client is entering their peak season and looking for dependable team members ready to work in a fast-paced environment with long-term potential. If you have warehouse experience and know how to safely operate a forklift, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Operate propane and battery-powered forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Pull and assemble customer orders accurately
- Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
- Organize products on racks, shelves, and storage areas
- Read work orders, shipping orders, and production schedules
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required
- Previous order selecting, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and organize materials throughout shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
