Computed Tomography Technologist
Become a vital part of a hospital team in Sigourney, IA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images that support patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Iowa licensed Radiologic Technologist.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R) ARRT certification.
- Must have CT experience. CT certification is preferred but not required.
- BLS certification.
- Experience working in a hospital radiology environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of CT technologist experience preferred.
- Experience managing CT studies with contrast administration and emergency/overnight imaging workflows.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Work days: Monday through Friday.
- Traveler will take 23 nights of on-call during the week; on-call hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Friday night on-call runs from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Will take on-call every other weekend.
- On-call schedule to be coordinated with the Radiology Manager.
