What You'll Be Doing

As a Pastry Baker at The Lakehouse Bakery, you'll be at the heart of what we do best—crafting high-quality pies, cookies, and pastries from scratch that keep our customers coming back for more. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of pies, cookies, and pastries from scratch
• Following recipes and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Contributing ideas for new seasonal products—your input matters here
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards of food safety and quality
• Collaborating with our friendly team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who shares our passion for baking and takes pride in their craft. Here's what we'd love to see:

• 1-3 years of pastry/baking experience
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-notch baked goods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to Chelsea
• Reliable. Shows up. Communicates. No exceptions.
• ServSafe Certification is a plus, but not required
