Ramsey Mazda is looking for a detail-driven, fast-moving Internal Service Advisor to lead the flow and quality of our used vehicle reconditioning process. If you thrive on organization, accountability, and making things happen quickly and correctly—this is your role.

Drive The Reconditioning Process – What You'll Own

• Partner with Sales and Service leadership to execute departmental goals, processes, and performance standards
• Perform intake inspections and create estimates for all trade-ins and auction purchases
• Identify and verify open recall campaigns using NHTSA tools
• Manage the full reconditioning lifecycle with a target turnaround time of 72 hours to lot-ready
• Break down estimates to ensure accuracy in labor, parts, and total investment before work begins
• Maintain strict quality control standards to minimize post-sale repairs and ensure safety compliance
• Track vehicle status at all times and ensure efficient workflow across departments
• Coordinate vehicle descriptions and photography with Marketing for online listings
• Monitor and report productivity and quality performance across service teams, detail, and vendors

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vehicles at different stages
• Sense of urgency with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to type efficiently and manage repair order documentation
• Basic math skills for cost calculations
• Working knowledge of basic computer systems
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
