Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia is seeking a disciplined, performance-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and accounting team. This role is the financial anchor of the company, responsible for ensuring that our reporting is accurate, our risks are mitigated, and our financial results comply with GAAP standards. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability that aligns with our core values.

Key responsibilities include financial oversight, construction expertise, strategic analysis, cash and risk management, and compliance and reporting.

Required experience and skills include 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, specifically within the construction or manufacturing industries, proven ability to manage and develop a team, advanced mastery of Excel and PSA/QuickBooks, and strong professional communication skills with a high attention to detail.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
