About Us: Lionheart Longevity & Wellness MedSpa, located in Newport Beach, CA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Injector with at least 3 years in medspa aesthetics. We specialize in medical and regenerative aesthetics, healthspan extension, and advanced protein expression technologies. In addition to traditional medical aesthetics, we provide exclusive treatments, wellness programs, and are focused on healthspan optimization and longevity Engaged in innovation: We’re looking for someone excited about the latest research in aesthetics and regenerative medicine, eager to help roll out new treatments that align with our business goals Duties: Administer a variety of medspa treatments, including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PRF injections, vitamin injections, IV hydration, RF microneedling, body sculpting, laser hair removal, exclusive Stim treatments, and other services. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure strict HIPAA compliance. Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing detailed reports to the medical director. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and self-care recommendations. Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure patient well-being during treatments. Contribute to business growth: During downtime or when not treating patients, assist with social media content creation, marketing efforts, and other initiatives to help move the business forward and build the company’s brand. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nurse Injector, including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PRP/PRF, and blood draws. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience with medical records management systems. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Social media marketing or content creation experience (helpful but not required) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits: Contract position (1099) to start , with the potential to transition to part-time or full-time employee status as the practice grows Upon transitioning to employee status , eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits, paid sick time off and vacation time.
