You Have: 5+ years of experience with systems engineering lifecycle processesExperience developing or interpreting core SysML diagrams, including Req, UC, ACT, SEQ, BDD, or IBD, to support internal team reviewsKnowledge of SysML fundamentals, including requirements, behavior, structure, and parametersKnowledge of MBSE within the digital engineering ecosystem, including relationships between SE models, software development, PLM, ontology, and digital thread conceptsAbility to support conceptualization, development, testing, and deployment of engineered systemsAbility to open, navigate, and review SysML system models such as MagicDraw or Cameo, including navigating model hierarchies and diagram interconnectionsSecret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical ScienceNice If You Have: Experience with MBSE tools such as MagicDraw or Cameo, Teamwork Cloud, Cameo Collaborator, or Enterprise ArchitectExperience applying advanced SysML, UAF, UPDM, or DoDAF modeling techniques, including model maturation for client reviewsExperience integrating MBSE models with simulation, analysis, CI/CD, or software development workflowsAbility to lead or mentor team members on digital engineering methods, model quality, and ecosystem alignmentMBSE or SysML Certification such as OCSMP, INCOSE ASEP, or INCOSE CSEP CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
