About the Role:

Join PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP as a Physical Therapist in Clearwater, FL, where you will provide exceptional home health services to patients in need. This PRN position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for multiple areas to include Pinellas and Pasco County

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs.

Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall function.

Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress regularly.

Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulations.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols during therapy sessions.

Stay current with best practices and continuing education in physical therapy.

Requirements:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Experience in home health care or outpatient settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
