Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week
Pay: $33.15–$51.39/hr

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Cardiac Surgical Stepdown unit. The RN will assess patients, implement care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient condition and document care accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Valid Oklahoma RN or compact/multistate RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
