Your ability to solve problems and deliver clear, accurate information will ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding energy and utility services. Provide information on billing, account management, and service inquiries. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolve complaints efficiently. Document interactions and maintain accurate records within our systems. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Stay informed on relevant industry regulations and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the Energy & Utilities sector. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations effectively. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous. A keen interest in energy services and an understanding of utility operations. Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
