Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 15-week assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the rehabilitation process.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS Certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or post-acute care experience preferred.
