Job Description

The Manufacturing Technician supports pharmaceutical production by packaging and labeling products while maintaining quality, safety, and cGMP compliance in a cleanroom environment. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory. All training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders according to customer and quality requirements.

• Verify product accuracy through inspections, counts, and quality checks.

• Complete production and inventory documentation using computer systems and data entry tools.

• Set up and close out packaging jobs, ensuring materials and paperwork are accurate and complete.

• Perform tasks in temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas as needed.

Skill Recommendations

• No experience required; training provided.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments and wear required PPE.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
