About this opportunity: We're building AI Employees that run local businesses—agents that answer phones, book appointments, and close deals autonomously 24/7. Deployed at 100,000+ locations handling thousands of daily customer conversations across auto dealerships, home services companies, and aesthetics and wellness clinics. You’ll design how humans work alongside AI that’s increasingly capable of doing their job. The interaction patterns for this don't exist yet— you’ll help create them. You’ll be a design lead on this team, partnering directly with PM and engineering on some of the hardest UX problems in enterprise AI right now.
