Education and Certification

• A degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a similar field, either at the associate or bachelor level.
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is favorable.

Necessary Credentials

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a similar entity.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
