Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that solve real business challenges. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to build scalable Generative AI applications using modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in LLMs, AI agents, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI and Generative AI applications.
• Build AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise applications.
• Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with AI Architects, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies to improve business outcomes.
• Contribute to AI best practices, reusable components, documentation, and engineering standards.
• Participate in AI proof-of-concepts, innovation initiatives, and pilot programs.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, agentic AI, cloud platforms, and AI engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with:
• OpenAI or Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Services or AWS Bedrock
• LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Vector databases
• REST APIs
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Git and cloud-native development
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade RAG applications and AI agents.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI deployment best practices.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or AI-related certifications are a plus.
