Aquatics Programs Lead & Team Coach

Life Time Vernon Hills, IL is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to support the Manager in overseeing all programs (Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim, and more). You will help ensure safe, successful operations and finances while leading the Aquatics team. You will cast, train and develop team members, monitor budgets, and respond to member inquiries with professionalism.
