Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New Hampshire SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing SLP services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required.
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment, cognitive-communication disorders, and documentation in electronic health records is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel SLP experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative care programs and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Work Pattern: 5x8.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
