That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see—it’s embedded in how we operate every day.We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in owning repairs from diagnosis to resolution and keeping systems running efficiently to support a well-maintenance, reliable community.The OpportunityIn this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues.Key areas of focus include:Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issuesCompleting service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfactionPerforming preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset lifeSupporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in readyIdentifying issues early through inspections and proactive maintenance, while suggesting long term solutions.This is a role for someone who is technically strong, works independently, and takes accountability for delivering repairs that are done right the first time.What You Bring to the TeamYou have a solid foundation multifamily maintenance or a related trade, with hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
