RN: Dialysis

Job Description Step into a travel dialysis registered nurse role in Athens, Georgia, supporting adults to geriatrics across day treatments with a close, hands-on focus. You’ll complete hemodialysis for inpatients in the dialysis bay and at bedside as needed, including COVID dialysis patients, while accessing AV fistulas & grafts and permcaths and performing required dressing changes during treatment. This assignment is built around frequent collaboration—communicating with nephrologists regarding orders and changes in patient status throughout treatments, and administering medications and transfusions as ordered. The unit runs with Epic, Pyxis, SBAR, and B. Braun dialysis machines, with a structured team model across one room with multiple stations. Shift coverage is 12-hour days with 36 hours per week, plus a minimum of 12 hours of call as needed. This is a role for an RN ready to stay steady, detail-focused, and dialed in to the rhythm of dialysis treatments.
