Logistics Coordinator

Hence candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply! Main responsibilities/Job Requirements: Third-party logistics management – Coordinate tasks related to third-party logistics providers,ensuringsmooth day-to-day operations. Communicate with clients and platforms – Serve as the liaison between customers and logistical platforms. Enter and track daily order information in the system. Prepareorder shipment documents – Create and manage the documentation needed for outbound shipments. Schedule pickups and arrange deliveries. Handle order exceptions – Swiftly manage and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise with orders. Dispatch and routing tasks. Follow up with internal teams, clients, and platforms in an efficient manner. Soft skills (very important!): attention to detail, responsible, willing and able to communicate and provide prompt updates to all parties involved;excellent work ethic in general. Due to the nature of the position, bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
