Associate Attorney

Mid-size Indiana law firm is seeking Associate Attorneys for their Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Indianapolis offices, licensed in Indiana. Individual will work with a variety of clients in various practice areas in a fast-paced collaborative atmosphere. Zero – four years’ experience in litigation preferred, insurance defense litigation a plus. Experience in Federal court also a plus. Only Candidates with strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills will be considered. Lateral candidates with more experience are also invited to apply. Job Summary Our Litigation firm needs to add Attorneys to our roster to manage increasing opportunities from our clients. We operate a busy successful practice with 20+ lawyers in three Indiana cities. You will join us in providing the best possible outcome for our clients, while gaining experience in all aspects of litigation. We operate highly collaborative offices in which each professional helps others to ensure all our clients receive the best possible service. Responsibilities Meet with clients, claim representatives, experts and other personnel relative to case work Research existing case law to support current arguments Preparing documents, deposition summaries, draft motions Attend hearings and other court mandated meetings Provide legal guidance and support Skills Admittance to Indiana Bar required 0 – 4 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer Ability to work with several Senior Lawyers on several cases concurrently Proficient writer with the ability to appropriately apply case law #J-18808-Ljbffr NACBA
