Service Technician

Job Details Job Location: Six Flags Great America - Gurnee, IL 60031 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Any/Variable Job Category: Installation - Maint - Repair Benefits Flexible Time Off – Paid time off that grows with tenure, along with paid holidays. Responsibilities Performs maintenance and preventive services for mobility, lockers, strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, arcade machines, and other allied equipment. Responsible for cash collection and deposits. Diagnoses and maintains documentation, including maintenance inspection records. Troubleshoots, cleans equipment and makes recommendations to clients. Completes parts orders as needed and prepares equipment, tools, materials for service work. Responsible for knowledge of interpreting manuals as required. Follows company policies/procedures and performs other duties as assigned. Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1‑3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast‑paced environment. Works independently with limited supervision.
