We're seeking an innovative and analytical Business Intelligence Developer to help advance our enterprise-wide analytics strategy. In this role, you'll design scalable data solutions, optimize reporting infrastructure, and transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic growth and operational excellence. If you are excited about building sustainable analytics frameworks that evolve with business needs, apply today!Your Role in Our Mission:Create effective and efficient reporting solutions, dashboards, and user interfaces using tools such as PowerBI or similar.Expertise with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as extensive experience with a variety of databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)Expertise with Advanced SQL Programming and DAX querying languagesExpertise with analytic tools including but not limited to: PowerBI, Tableau, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SSMS, and SQL Server Master Data Services.Conduct data discovery within database schemas to classify data and develop clear business definitions.Assemble simple and complex data sets and data models aligned to business requirements.Integrate new and existing data sources into a sustainable data repository.Maximize the use of reusable objects (data sources, stored procedures, functions, report objects).Migrate and enhance legacy analytics and reporting systems.Automate manual processes and improve data performance.Distinguish between current operational needs and long-term strategic analytics requirements.Adhere to established Data Governance Standards.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively across departments.What Makes You a Great Fit:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or universityEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered2–4 years of related experience and/or training in business intelligence, data analytics, or data developmentExperience in financial services or a credit union environment is preferredStrong SQL and relational database knowledgeExperience with ETL processes and data integrationAbility to create scalable dashboards and reporting solutionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAdaptable, open-minded, and solution-orientedAbility to communicate effectively and consistently with technical and non-technical stakeholdersCommitment to data accuracy, governance, and process improvementA Culture of Care and Reward:You give your best, and we give back with a comprehensive and meaningful rewards package:Enjoy 11 paid holidays and generous paid time off to recharge and resetBuild your future with a 6% 401(k) matchReceive a $700 annual contribution to your Health Savings AccountAccess our comprehensive maternity leave program to support growing familiesStay covered with medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceGrow your career through leadership development, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunitiesEarn rewards for financial wellness through our Debt Free Club and Dave Ramsey's SmartDollar programThrive in a purpose-driven, people-first culture where your impact mattersThis is more than your next job.
