Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,595 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Salt Lake City, Utah. Job Details Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 Shift: 13 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Operate fluoroscopic equipment and assist physicians with minimally invasive, image‑guided procedures. Prepare and observe patients undergoing procedures and report abnormal activity. Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required. Assist in scrubbing all diagnostic and interventional procedures. Monitor patients during all procedures. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of radiation protection standards, devices, and techniques on patient and operator exposure to assure adequate safeguards. Demonstrate knowledge of physiology and anatomy to interpret examination requests accurately. Operate intravenous (IV) and dye injector pumps. Maintain accurate patient records. Use the McKesson PACS system. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience. BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification; state‑specific licensing when required. Vascular Interventional certificate preferred. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Additional Requirements Must have BLS, ARRT (VI), 2 Years. Additional certifications may be required before beginning assignment. Compensation Pay package based on 13‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
