Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in an outpatient setting. Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; licensure in good standing and compliance with state mandated continuing education requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in orthopedics and inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations utilizing clinical reasoning; develops personalized treatment goals aiming for discharge within established treatment timelines; documents in medical records clearly and accurately; provides supervision and mentorship within student training programs; actively pursues ongoing professional development; adheres to all safety standards and organizational policies, including safety in patient handling and infectious disease control; participates in performance improvement initiatives.
