ESIT Family Resource Coordinator II Home-Visit Advocate
MultiCare Health System, Inc.
MultiCare Health System's ESIT team at Children's Village in Yakima seeks a Family Resource Coordinator II to coordinate services for families of children with developmental delays and to conduct home visits within ESIT guidelines. The role includes evaluating needs, developing family-centered plans, coordinating referrals to schools and community resources, and mentoring new staff on the ESIT contract.
