Manager, FP&A

Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, FP&A to develop quantitative techniques and statistical models to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Duties include developing financial analytic models to project performance and cross‑enterprise financial implications of new products and services; researching and developing reporting tools to track and monitor product performance against financial targets and objectives; applying mathematical or statistical techniques to address practical issues in finance; collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support development and launch of new products and services; providing recommendations on go‑forward strategies based on data analysis and financial valuations; supporting projects to increase utilization of existing assets in various books of business; working with key stakeholders across the organization to foster information sharing and understanding of business interactions; developing statistical models for risk management, asset optimization, and pricing; and optimizing business asset configuration and communicating FP&A initiatives. Telecommuting is available for this position. Multiple positions are available. Requirements • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and at least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps Java, Python, or Node.js Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles Oracle, Redis, or Cassandra database JIRA, Rally, and Confluence Cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Hadoop, R or Python SAS and SQL programming Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting Domain support for healthcare or retail organization Writing application code and deploying to production Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions Relational database concepts Large‑scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects Compensation Pay Range: $77,646.00/year to $145,860.00/year. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range. The position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
