Weigh, label, and package products accurately for display or customer orders 7. Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with health regulations 8. Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste 9. Assist customers with special cuts, recommendations, and product information 10. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or supply needs 11.
