Duties and Responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned. Prepare 3D printed parts and castings by sanding, gluing, and filling parts. Accurately read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions and use them in fabrication. Drill componentsand connect them with bolts and screws. Assemble finished model parts after going through the prepping and quality review process. Assist other fabricators with custom decal applications and detail painting. Preparing items for shipment including cutting custom foam blocks to fit around the specific model / 3D printed parts to ensure it is delivered without damage. Time management: Work within a specific timeframe to ensure the project does not fall behind schedule. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 - 4 years of related experience or training.
