Junior Property Manager

Cape Asset Management is hiring a Junior Property Manager to support the operations of a growing portfolio of commercial retail shopping centers and grocery‑anchored properties. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, customer‑focused, and eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in retail property management while working alongside an experienced leadership team. Responsibilities Include: Assisting with daily property operations Conducting onsite inspections Coordinating vendors and maintenance services Supporting tenant communications and relationships Assisting with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting Monitoring property appearance and operational standards Helping manage work orders and service requests Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in property management, retail operations, hospitality, or related field preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Yardi is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What We Offer: Competitive compensation Career growth opportunities Exposure to commercial real estate development and operations 100% medical and dental coverage for their employees.
