Job Description Starting at $21.78/hr (up to $25.19/hr) Principal Functional Responsibilities Read and interpret product drawings Evaluate compliance with Cabinetworks Group wood character, machining, assembly and finishing requirements and educate on same Complete quality audits of product and processes including Data Pak, Color control, etc.) Prepare reports on quality/scrap Gage Control Measurement and testing of product to KCMA and Company Specifications ( Stain testing, Chemical test, Edge soak, etc) Problem Solving Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow those instructions Complete work with accuracy and efficiency Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Basic knowledge of the Quality Management System to promote awareness and use by associates Perform tasks required for the success of the department which extend beyond the department The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees in this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
