Telemetry Nurse

Trusted Health is seeking a Telemetry Float Pool Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple telemetry and step-down units. In this role, you’ll monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage complex cardiac medications, and respond to changes in patient status while floating between units based on hospital needs. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document thoroughly in the EHR.
