Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in the Bronx, NY, and have the opportunity to work with geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with In Home Rehab Group, you will have the chance to provide patient-centered care and enjoy working independently in the community. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal and time management skills, we want to hear from you!

Compensation: $80-85/ 30 min session (depending on volume of caseload)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing creative and individualized treatment sessions

• Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations

• Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative

• Document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner

• Treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor

Requirements:

• Active NYS License and Registration

• Eligibility to work in the US

• Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner

• Ability to treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
