Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor therapy sessions that meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. Your role will involve assessing their situations and offering tailored interventions that empower clients to improve their quality of life through skill-building and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing independent practice without supervision.

• No provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record are required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to teletherapy, including familiarity with video conferencing tools.
