: Monitor Tech-CENTRAL MONITORING TECHS FT Day Job Location : CARROLLTON Employee Type : FT Shift : Day Educational Qualification : N/A Experience : N/A Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a monitor technician. As a monitor tech you will be responsible for monitoring patients cardiac rhythm and alerting the team any abnormal rhythms .You play a critical role in ensuring high quality safe patient care. Observing and interpreting patients' heart monitors and checking for abnormalities, including irregular heartbeats, arrhythmias, and cardiac arrest. Using hospital equipment and medical technology to analyze and interpret Recognizing and responding to any abnormal conditions in patients' heartbeats. Interpreting test results and reporting any changes in heart readings or EKGs to the physcian or Nurse in charge of the affected patient. Updating patients' records with all readings taken from the heart monitors or EKGs. Cleaning and maintaining heart monitors and EKG machines. Reporting any necessary equipment repairs in a timely manner. Assisting with the training of new staff in medical monitoring systems. Delivering quality patient care services. Minimum Qualifications 1.High School Diploma 2. Minimum1 year of hospital experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
