On day shift, you'll be part of the children's daily routines: providing direct nursing care, building meaningful relationships with children and families, and working side by side with an experienced interdisciplinary clinical team.Structured Pediatric Training from Day OneYou will not be expected to step onto the floor without preparation.After General Orientation, every new PSC LPN receives more than three weeks of hands-on clinical training with experienced pediatric nurses before working independently. Training helps you understand each child, their individualized care plan, PSC's clinical standards, and the specialized skills required to provide safe pediatric care.
