Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Summary (List Format):
- Architectural Design & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, choosing appropriate templates (LWR vs Aura) based on performance and SEO.
- Design secure identity and access models using External Identity, SSO, and advanced sharing mechanisms (Account Relationship Data Sharing, Apex Managed Sharing).
- Define governance strategies for Experience Cloud development, including branching and CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Development (Hands-on Leadership)
- Develop advanced, modular Lightning Web Components (LWC) optimized for the LWR framework.
- Implement Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for personalized content experiences.
- Design complex process automations using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external user handling.
- Data & AI Integration
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles and a 360-degree community experience.
- Develop and manage API integrations with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) using REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards, scalability, and compliance with governor limits.
- Present technical roadmaps to executives and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
