Electrical Engineer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the RoleWe're looking for an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of electrical equipment, components, and systems. You'll work hands-on with our engineering and production teams to build reliable, safe, high-quality systems, from PLC automation on the manufacturing floor to customer-specific electrical solutions.What You'll DoImplement electrical designs, schematics, and technical drawingsDesign, develop, and maintain PLC systems and components that automate machinery, manufacturing lines, and critical infrastructureDevelop and evaluate electrical systems with a focus on safety, sustainability, reliability, and quality assurancePartner with the engineering team on prototypes, and conduct testing and validation of electrical performance, safety, and functionalityTest electrical and electronic equipment to identify faults, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutionsInspect electrical components and systems during and after installation and construction activitiesCreate work instructions, procedures, BOMs, inspection records, and other technical documentationGather customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans with team membersCommunicate clearly with contractors, customers, suppliers, and internal teamsDeliver technical presentations and project updates to management and coworkersAttend management and project meetings, providing technical input, recommendations, and status updatesMaintain product documentation, engineering records, test reports, and quality-assurance recordsTrain and guide team members on proper installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systemsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)Hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial automationAbility to read and create electrical schematics and technical drawingsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience creating technical documentation and BOMsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating across teamsScheduleMonday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMOccasional additional hours may be required based on project needs\nCompany DescriptionComprehensive HR and payroll services designed to support your people and simplify your processes.
