Digital Product Manager

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, evolution, and continuous improvement of digital experiences across PNC.com. This role serves as the product owner for assigned customer journeys and capabilities, partnering closely with business stakeholders, Technology, UX, Content, Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. The Digital Product Manager leads discovery, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures solutions are informed by customer insights, business objectives, and data.
