Job Description Summary:

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4:45 pm until 2:30/3:30 am

Pay rate $24.72/HR

also includes Warehouse work

As a member of our team, you are responsible for safely and efficiently moving vehicles and equipment within the truck yard. Ensuring smooth loading and unloading operations and maintaining an organized yard.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Move vehicles around the yard, ensuring they are properly positioned for loading and unloading. Checking vehicles and other equipment for safety and operational readiness. Safely and efficiently navigating vehicles and other equipment within the yard, avoiding congestion and maintaining an orderly environment. Providing clear directions to truck drivers and other team members and communicating any issues or changes in the plan. Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols and reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents. Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess a valid driver's license

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area

• Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism

• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines

• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.

• Frequently climb into and out of vehicle.

• Regularly lift 45-65 lbs.

• Must talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle and tech device.

Competencies:

• Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.

• Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
