We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Wealth Advisor to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in San Francisco, or Menlo Park, CA.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Serve as the lead relationship manager and primary point of contact for ultra-high net worth client relationships. Drive face-to-face client meetings, prospecting efforts, and new business development to grow the client base. Oversee the team coverage model, ensuring appropriate specialists are engaged for each relationship to deliver comprehensive solutions. Develop and execute client strategies across wealth advisory, financial planning, banking, trust, and other related solutions. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
