For more than 55 years, we've built our company by promoting from within. Our Manager Trainee Program prepares you to become a successful Store Manager leading your own team and running your own operation.

What You'll Do

As a Manager Trainee, you'll learn how to:

  • Lead and coach a team
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Solve day-to-day business challenges
  • Schedule and develop employees
  • Improve productivity and quality
  • Make decisions that keep the business running smoothly
  • Build lasting relationships with customers

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Takes initiative without being asked
  • Enjoys leading and helping others succeed

Management or supervisory experience is a plus—but leadership potential and a strong work ethic matter more.

What We Offer

Starting Salary

$50,000-$55,000 per year

Bonus Potential After Promotion to Store Manager

$15,000-$30,000 per year
