In-Home Healthcare RN - Adult Patients (Weekend Shifts)

Join a compassionate home healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities Include Providing skilled nursing care according to care plans and physician orders. Assessing patient conditions, monitoring changes, and reporting to supervisors or physicians. Documenting all care activities accurately and timely. Developing, updating, and implementing nursing care plans. Recognizing and responding to patient needs to prevent or reduce risks. Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention. Ensuring infection control and adhering to safety standards. Maintaining professional compliance with policies, regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state. Current CPR certification. Relevant clinical assessment, documentation, and compliance skills. Preferred at least six months of recent clinical experience; home health experience is a plus. Reliable transportation and ability to travel. Skills & Abilities Attention to detail, organization, and effective communication. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform prolonged walking, standing, and other physical activities. Additional Information Ability to function in diverse environments, possibly exposed to infectious materials.
