We are currently hiring a Project Manager / Sales professional who is highly motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow with us. This hybrid role combines outside sales, client relationship management, and project oversight, guiding customers from initial consultation through successful project completion.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in landscaping, turf, or outdoor sales who enjoys working with homeowners, managing multiple projects, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Manage an existing customer base while identifying and developing new sales opportunities

Conduct on-site consultations and recommend products based on customer needs

Establish and meet individual and team sales goals

Serve as the primary point of contact with the customers.

Build strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism and follow-through

Project Management

Plan, execute, and oversee residential turf and landscaping projects from sale through completion

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Coordinate crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution

Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to customers and leadership

Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage changes as needed

Ensure all projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations

Maintain accurate documentation and project records

Required Qualifications

Sales, project management, or client-facing experience (landscaping or turf industry preferred)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and insurable under company provider

Preferred Qualifications

Direct end-user or outside sales experience

Knowledge of turf, landscaping, or agronomic products

Experience managing projects, schedules, or field teams
