11pm-7am and 7pm-7am shifts and weekends
32 hours Overnights Sign-On Bonus! Generous Shift Differentials!!! All of us on the Transitional Care Unit team pride ourselves on providing compassionate quality care, while supporting the individualized care of our patients, which may require flexibility to meet the needs of those under our care. We have great success in transitioning our patients from illness to wellness which brings us great joy and job satisfaction. Whittier TCU has recently been recognized as “Best Transitional Care Unit” by US News & World Report with a 5 Star Rating!! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team for our TCU located within Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital at Westborough!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Licensed Nursing Personnel by performing patient care according to Hospital, Federal and State Regulations.
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Current Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Nursing Assistant (or currently enrolled and successful completion of the first year in a Nursing Program).
- Current Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
