Unit Manager (RN) Northway Health and Rehabilitation, where caring is more than a profession! It’s a purpose! The Unit Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to maintain regulatory compliance, support staff development, and promote positive resident outcomes. Pay and Benefits Pay: Competitive wages (based on experience) Sign on Bonus: $12,000 Schedule: Full-time leadership role Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: Paid holidays and paid vacation Qualifications Current R.N. license by State required Must have at least two years of nursing experience.
