The Optimist is hiring a Steward to join our acclaimed culinary team! The Stewards at the Optimist are the backbone of the kitchen team – working diligently to support the culinary effort in an efficient manner during service. They must be able to maintain the integrity of the recipe and cleanliness of the kitchen while working in a fast‑paced, exciting environment. Previous experience operating a dish machine in a high‑volume restaurant is preferred. Competitive pay – $14 to $16/hr. – based on experience and ability.
