Implementation Project Coordinator

Supporting customer technical implementation projects, the full-time remote Implementation Project Coordinator will manage project proposals, perform technical support tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities Review project proposals and track project amendment documentation to ensure adherence to contract language Perform project scheduling, budget review, and change impact analysis while monitoring project timelines and reporting progress Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to deliver projects according to established timelines and governance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of project coordinator experience within a SaaS organization Knowledge of project management best practices and proficiency in project management tools Understanding of SaaS implementation and data preparation techniques Preference for candidates with hospitality experience and knowledge of hotel systems
